From Malke Music Management to SONORA
In November 2024, Malke Music Management joined forces with SONORA Music. The merger brought together two independent agency practices, combining their experience, international relationships and carefully selected artist rosters under the SONORA name. It was both an organisational transformation and a commitment to building a stronger shared platform for artists and promoters.
A collaborative approach
As Co-director, alongside Stanisław Suchora and Mikołaj Bylka-Kanecki, I work at the meeting point of artists’ ambitions and promoters’ programming needs. We develop the agency together while connecting artists, ensembles and programmes with institutions and festivals, supporting new ideas and lasting professional partnerships.
Co-hosting Classical:NEXT 2027
SONORA Music is co-hosting Classical:NEXT 2027 in Katowice together with Katowice City of Gardens and the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra. Bringing one of the sector’s most important international meetings to Katowice is a major part of our current development and brings together strategy, partnerships, programme coordination and international networking.
Experience that informs my consulting
The merger and the continued development of SONORA give me a practical perspective on organisational change, professional positioning and partnership development. This experience informs the questions I bring to cultural organisations: what should grow, which relationships matter, and how can a shared direction become workable in practice?
